You may remember this film from our screening in March 2014, but for those of you who are unfamiliar with this Filipino masterpiece, it follows Agent 00, a 3-foot-tall martial arts master (played by Weng Weng) who must stop the a mad scientist unleashing an N-bomb on the world.
